open pop-up blocker settings
in the menu bar please find:
* Tools > pop-up blocker > pop-up blocker settings
* address of website to allow:
(please input the web address) y4nl31n.bravehost.com (currently use this web address)
* click : Add
* read the blocking level (e.g.:medium:block most automatic popups)
* close the pop-up blocker settings

to load the page and override the popup blocker:
* if the blocking level is set to medium:
press ctrl key then hold then click the link (ctrl+click the link)
hold the ctrl key until the page is finish loading
(after loaded then release the ctrl key) to override
* if the blocking level is set to high:
use ctrl+alt key
